With praise and thanksgiving to God, Phillip David Potaczek will be ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The ordination will take place on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 2:00p.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL. All are welcome to join either in person or online. The Ordination will be live-streamed on Facebook. All are invited to wear the color red in celebration of the Holy Spirit. For the love and concern of yourself and others masks will be required. Please keep Pastor Phil in your prayers on this very special day: Jesus Christ, the good Shepherd is your guide at all times. As you conform your life more and more to this may the grace of his spirit increase you each day as you do the fathers will among his flock.
